This rosé was a favourite amongst Carl’s Wine Club members all summer long. This expressive Syrah rosé perfectly describes the growing conditions of the South Okanagan: hot days and cooler nights which preserve and highlight the acidity of the wine and result in fantastic and purposeful rosé. Aromas of strawberry, cranberry, red apple and fresh sage, the nose shines and announces a fruit cocktail in your glass. The palate is creamy and suave with flavours of strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, tangerine and ambrosia apple. The long finish offers light shades of white pepper and a slight tannin extends the experience by another inch. Another fantastic wine….and a magnum for the holiday turkey will be a perfect option.
