2012 Tinhorn Creek Pinot Noir

The 2012 was an almost-perfect growing season for Pinot Noir in the South Okanagan. This wine shows no signs of slowing down with a great display of softness, elegance, bright acidity and an extremely long, complex finish. At every turn, a different flavour hits you from a different angle. The nose is expressive with raspberry, violets, potpourri, and cedar. The palate starts on the sour cherry notes, cedar box and charcoal. A grippy and chalky mid-palate filled with vanilla and mocha is followed by a lengthy, earthy finish.
